LifeFOCUS X FBI is a Personal Training Company owned by Margaret Peplow.
Margaret Peplow a mother of two children who Qualified as a Personal Fitness Trainer in June 2007 after losing her partner who was a Police Officer who died in the line of duty. Margaret knows how precious life is and how important it is to live life to the full incorporating a healthy lifestyle.
Margaret is a holder of many Qualifications including NVQ Level 3 YMCA Personal Training Award, incorporating Nutrition & weight management, Exercise & Fitness Knowledge, Advanced Cardiovascular Training, Client Lifestyle & fitness assesment, Advanced Gym Instructors award & circuit training. Margaret also holds a Certificate in introduction to health related exercise for children with the YMCA. You are able to check her qualifications with the register of exercise professionals of which she is a member.
As well as all this Margaret Peplow also holds a number of qualifcations in health & safety as well as being trained in First Aid.
Margaret Peplow has also worked for the Police for 8 years and has numerous qualifications & awards in this area including race relations & respect and diversity.
LifeFOCUS X FBI are a christian company and Margaret upholds her reputation based on her beliefs. Margaret is a member of Emmanuel Church in Ware, Hertfordshire and is a strong believer in building relationships with people based on honesty & trust.
Even though LifeFOCUS X FBI is a relatively new company and have not been trading long. Margarets dedication to her clients is second to none. Margaret knows what it is like to be in her client's shoes and knows what it takes to achieve goals. Margaret has trained hard to achieve her inspirations and goals and her own dedication is shown in the way she trains her clients.
Margaret has a great care for children being she has two children of her own. She has been training her own children for the past 12 months with fantastic results. She understands the needs of children which includes working with Special needs children. Margaret is a great believer in having fun with children and making exercise routines fun and exciting always putting herself in the kids shoes and catering for their needs whether that be emotionally or physically.

Margaret Peplow is also a semi-professional singer/songwriter & poet and has her own record label as well as her own radio station. Margaret often uses her skills as a songwriter to produce music that encourages children to exercise. Her most recent song being The Walking Clowns.
