Walking Clowns for Tots
LifeFOCUS X FBI has had so much interest for sessions at The Walking Clowns for children aged between 3-4 year olds, we have decided to start a fitness class for this age group.
Location: Watton-on-stone.
Times: 1.00pm until 1.45pm
Price: £4.00 per session.
The Walking Clowns is a great activity that is unique. As well as the fantastic physical benefits to include cardiovascular fitness, balance & co-ordination & motor skills. It also concentrates on improving confidence levels, social interaction & most importantly having fun. For the children it is not only a new experience that improves their health but is also a fun experience that they will enjoy. All children will receive a small prize at the end of the session for participating.
